Job Descriptions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Entry level position working one-on-one with kids with autism and other developmental disabilities. Receive extensive training to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy (aka Behavior Technician). Click here for open positions.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lead a clinical team as the BCBA supervisor. Mentor and train Behavior Technicians and ensure clinical excellence in programming. This position requires a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or equivalent. Click here for more information on this certification: https://www.bacb.com/bcba/
